Refund Policy

If we are not able to field a full team, you will be granted a full refund without having to submit a request.

All refund requests must be submitted, in writing/email, no later than August 1st of the current season.  After June 1st, the board will vote during a monthly meeting whether or not to grant the refund based on the circumstances surrounding the request for the refund.
